Issues: Constantly running, won't flush properly, leaking at base, cracked cistern. All sorted quickly and cleanly.
3. Radiator Work (Non-Gas Systems Only)
- Radiator bleeding - £45 (single), £80-£120 (whole house)
- Leaking radiator valve - £65-£120
- Radiator replacement - £150-£300 (inc. new radiator)
- Cold radiator (non-gas systems) - £60-£150
Important: Electric radiators and water-only systems - yes. Gas central heating - need Gas Safe engineer.
4. Leak Repairs
- Emergency leak fix - £80-£150 (turn off, stop leak)
- Pipe repair/replacement - £100-£250
- Leaking radiator valve - £65-£120
- Under-sink leaks - £55-£95
Available for emergency call-outs. Will stop the leak fast, then fix properly. Water damage prevention is priority.
5. Bathroom Work
- Sink installation - £120-£200
- Bath panel fitting - £80-£150
- Shower tray installation - £200-£400
- Bathroom resealing - £60-£120

Can you fix my boiler?
No - I'm not Gas Safe registered so cannot work on gas boilers. I can recommend local Gas Safe engineers. However, if you have an electric boiler or immersion heater, I can help with those.
Can you install a new bathroom?
Yes! Everything except the boiler/gas work. Sink, toilet, shower, bath, tiling, boxing in pipes - all fine. If you need a new boiler as part of the job, I'll coordinate with a Gas Safe engineer.
Do you charge call-out fees?
No call-out fees within Exeter and surrounding areas. You pay for the work, not for me to show up and quote.
How quickly can you get here?
Same day for most jobs. Emergencies prioritized - usually within a few hours. I'll give you an honest timeframe when you call.
Do you guarantee your work?
